We used to make traditional pickled beets, cooked, loaded with sugar and vinegar. They were quite good but not as healthy as we wanted them to be. It took a while to figure out the blend of spices that would complement the taste of raw beets. Thus “The Beet Goes On” was created. This product has not disappointed us or any of our customers.
